This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth the privacy terms that apply to your use of this website at http://www.autismconsortium.org (“Website”).  This Website is owned by Autism Consortium, Inc. (“Autism Consortium”) (also referred to as “we” or “us”). By using this Website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.  This Privacy Policy forms a part of, and is incorporated in, the Autism Consortium Terms of Use.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTED
Your privacy is important to us.  We will only collect personally identifiable information (including, but not limited to, your name, email, address, age, telephone number, etc.) when you provide such information to us via this Website or otherwise.  You are free to provide or not provide the requested information.  If you choose not to provide this type of personally identifiable information, you may still visit this Website.  Any personally identifiable information provided by you to us in connection with this Website, including personally identifiable information submitted by you through this Website, shall be used for the purposes stated herein.  In the event that you submit additional, unsolicited personal or other information during your visit to this Website, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of such information.

The Website is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age, and individuals under such age must not use this Website or submit any personally identifiable information in any way.

By visiting this Website, you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, shall govern this Privacy Policy and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Autism Consortium.  Any dispute arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and you hereby submit to such jurisdiction.

Autism Consortium may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.  We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes to this Privacy Policy.  Your continued use of this Website and provision of any personally identifiable information after any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such new Privacy Policy.  However, we will not use information previously provided to us except in accordance with the then-applicable Privacy Policy that was posted on this Website.  This Privacy Policy was last modified in February 2012.
